Base making class & American baked cheesecake cookery class

The hardest thing about making cheesecake is almost the base. Getting the right consistency, using the best ingredients so that also gluten-free friends/family can enjoy.
This is a cheesecake base baking class, but of course we’ll also fill the base with the cheese batter and cook it to perfection to get that creamy, but still fully cooked through texture.
